[Catalyst] Is Catalyst large enough to sustain a book?

That's not what I'm saying - all I'm saying is that the book should
not be branded Catalyst, but Catalyst/$ORM.

I don't think Catalyst itself merits it's own book for beginners -
it needs a good reference guide. All of the tutorials should
introduce Catalyst through the easy to understand pluggaable
components, and work through that.
