[Catalyst] Advice needed: Action for authentication check

Yes, I had a quick look. Seems to do the trick (and much more), although 
I liked more the idea of "attaching" access control to actions via 
ActionClass('Secured') which is not (as I understand it) possible with 
this module.

In general, I wanted to know if ActionClass-es could solve this kind of 
problem and if yes, how better or worse.
