[Catalyst] 'require' vs 'use' in Catalyst*

But so far everything you've said has been about loading DBIx::Class classes.

DBIx::Class *is* a separate project with it's own list. Maybe worth starting a 
discussion about it on the DBIC list about this?

(not that there aren't plenty of users on the Cat list, but it's worth a shot :)
