[Catalyst] Why scaffolding? Validation and Learning

I wanted to add something cogent to this discussion, but what I wrote 
sounded more like ranting, so it's been deleted.

I do want to say this though -  I don't remember whether it was rails 
scaffolding or InstantCrud, but I dislike horizontal crud forms. One line 
per db column please.
