[Catalyst] WAP FrameWork

Hi , 

Does catalyst act as a mobile - wap frame work ? I've found very interesting java frame work which handle a wap portal's functions very well.

but , i'm still searching for a perl or php WAP frame work . can sombody give me some informatin on it please .
