[Catalyst] [Task] Building a better JavaScript (AJAX) toolkit

Apparently IBM, Google, Redhat, the Dojo guys, the OpenRico.org guys,
and a host of others are now trying to make an "Open Ajax" standard
for Ajax widgets/toolkits.  Got this link from an aggregator:

The link is sparse on technical details, but sounds potentially
promising.  Certainly something to watch anyways.
