[Catalyst] method precedence App.pm or App::Controller::Root.pm

hi!

which should be stronger putting a "sub end" into App::Controller::Root
or into App.pm. (well App::Controller::Root *is* stronger in 5.7 as i 
found out ... but i thought App.pm would/should be ...)

i'm confused ... sorry ... newbie ... where is a good description on that?
