[Catalyst] Tutorial & ACL Problems

Hey all,

Was following along with the tutorial, and encountered a problem with the ACL section, access_denied never seems to be called, even though debug 
indicates that it should be.

I've checked and ensured that all my modules are up to date, yet the tutorial code always produces this same situation.

Anyone have any ideas?
