I've done some testing, and the WWW-Mechanize-Catalyst test suite
started dying at v1.06. I'm pretty sure it's due to the test suite
switching to HTTP-Server-Simple in that release.
The previous version (1.05_02) works fine.

If you download the latest version 1.08, and in each test file that
fails, remove the -T switch on the sh-bang line, you should find all
tests then pass ok.

After installing v1.08, WWW-Test-Mechanize-Catalyst builds/tests/installs OK.
