[Catalyst] DBIC model and mpm_winnt threads in MP2.0 Engine

When using a web development framework, people usually expect it to
work as a whole. So it's pretty natural that this kind of stuff gets
here to the Catalyst mailing list. The same should also happen
regarding Template Toolkit issues, for example.

Maybe then, there should be more information exchange between Catalyst
developers and DBIx::Class developers. If Catalyst really aims to
compete against offerings from other languages (such as Rails) it
should seem solid and consistent.

Actually... it would be nice if the developers involved in both
projects keep an eye on both mailing lists. Oh, wait, doesn't that
happen already and you actually read about this issue despite it being
posted at the Catalyst mailing list?
