Of course. Which is why I pointed out the well-known workaround for 
issues of this type in my reply, and then suggested the dbix-class list 
as a better place to discuss getting a solution to this into DBIx::Class 
itself.

Your sarcasm gets a 7/10 for effort, but was somewhat misplaced :)
