[Catalyst] examples/MiniMojo patch

After banging my head against the wall last night with working the [very
simple] MiniMojo stuff into the Handel redesign and having observe_field
chop off my contents, it finally dawned on me that the stuff being send
to prototype wasn't being escaped.

This small simple patch (view.tt.patch) fized the glitch. I've also
commented on the problem/solution on the perl.com article itself.

I've also included the same patch for the mason version (wiki.mhtml) of
the MiniMojo example.
