[Catalyst] newbie Q&A

thanks. I'll keep adding to it in the weeks to come, when I feel I'm up to
speed that'll hopefully a pretty decent adendum to the existing stuff.

I also would prefer to put it somewhere with the main docs as it is
basically "things I wondered about that were either missing or a bit unclear
in Manual::Intro and/or Manual::Tutorial". Anyhow we'll see what happens.
