[Catalyst] Catalyst Hosting

dreamhost seem to be the default.  I've been using asmallorange.com
which is ok, although they don't give you +x on gcc so if you need xs
modules installed, you need to open a support ticket.  They're pretty
responsive though so that hasn't been a problem.
