That is in the Session plugin, cookie_expires.

Normally cookie_expires matches session expiry, but you can set an
alternate TTL, or poke in DynamicExpiry.

There have been issues with it lately that I haven't resolved yet,
so by all means try it out and if you find the bug please provide
details ;-)
