[Catalyst] [ANNOUNCE] FCGI::ProcManager

FCGI::ProcManager 1.18 is now on CPAN.
It resolves the long standing issue of blowing up if the ppid changes under
it,
by removing the constraint that the ppid must be the same from startup to
destruction.
Often this bug has gone quietly unnoticed because it only manifests when a
spawned fastcgi process dies/exits,
and I know you're all writing indestructible applications destined to rule
the planet.

Nevertheless, some of you will have encountered this and will have local
patches which you can now, hopefully,
abandon.
