[Catalyst] [OT] stupid Universal:CAN warnings in make test

actually, I'm wrong. This patch has already been applied - but I see
this warning for Template::Provider *and* Template::Iterator.

andy's gonna love this ... if I can even work out what the problem
actually *is* ... which given my lack of knowledge of TT internals
will be fun ...
