[Catalyst] Use.Perl journals about Catalyst

I wrote a bunch of journal entries about some recent experiences with 
Catalyst. I mostly highlight the problems, but that's not a dig at 
Catalyst, it's just that problems are more interesting write and read 
about then the simple bits.

If there's a topic in there people think is worth discussing on list let 
me know and I'll repost the relevant bits to the list as a discussion 
starter.
