I have experience in perl, but am new to Catalyst. I have plans to develop a web-based business, but am struggling to find the time to learn catalyst and get started. If you know of someone in the area of Hillsboro, Oregon that has catalyst expertise and would be interested in some contracting work, I would appreciate the references.
