[Catalyst] Preventing Catalyst from loading a Controller pm module

I put these things into MyApp::SAME_AS_CATALYST_BASE_CLASSES, i.e:
MyApp::Catalyst::Controller
MyApp::Catalyst::View::TT
etc.
It's clean and nice :)
