[Catalyst] Instant CRUD with DBIC::Schema

Are you talking about Catalyst::Example::InstantCRUD?  It uses DBIC -
see at CPAN.

It is still a bit outdated though - I have to admit that.  I have
plans to port it to use HTML::FormFu.
