I think the mailing list software must have removed the attachment.
There's some example css included in the distribution, you can see it here:

There's also an app here: http://www.fireartist.com/html-formfu/cssapp/
which lets you upload css, and see how it looks against a selection of forms.
And for layouts where you really need to use a form, there's the
SimpleTable element.
