In the medium term, I believe mst's found somewhere local to him  
that'll do decent shirt printing in bulk.
In the 'getting something to wear at YAPC::NA' term, it's going to be  
CafePress, methinks :)

Deadline is June 5 (when CafePress' free shipping deal ends :) )
