[Catalyst] failed to install DBIx::Class

I tried to install DBIx::Class but it failed
I run windows and Strawberry Perl 5.10


Here are the last few lines I got from running
cpan> install DBIx::Class

I know this might not be the right place to ask this question, but I
don't know where else to ask
the strawberry perl, only have the download links and nothing else!
