[Catalyst] Catalyst-Manual-FAQ Addition

Catalyst::Manual::FAQ looks like it was included in 5.5 and is seen at http://search.cpan.org/~sri/Catalyst-5.55/lib/Catalyst/Manual/FAQ.pod

I discovered that 'call' is a reserved word for Catalyst controllers,  
and any subroutines in a controller named 'call' will be ignored.  So,  
attached is a patched Catalyst::Manual::FAQ indicating this condition.
