Thanks for the quick fix, J.  My Email::MIME::Creator is up to date at v1.455.  I grabbed ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/languages/perl/CPAN/modules/by-module/Catalyst/Catalyst-View-Email-0.12.tar.gz and the tests worked.
