[Catalyst] how to set up $HOME or $ROOT to start myapp_server.pl via init.d script?

Try to add this in your view:

    INCLUDE_PATH =3D> [
        MyApp->path_to( 'root', 'src' ),
        MyApp->path_to( 'root', 'lib' )
