[Catalyst] installing under existing URL

I'm trying to install my Catalyst app as a FastCGI app
underneath my current website.  In other words I have a website
named say www.foo.org which is functional and I want my Catalyst
app to accessed as www.foo.org/MyApp/ without interferring with
the normal functioning of www.foo.org.  Is this possible?  I've
been googleing and trying different .htaccess files but those seem to
take over the whole site.  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
