[Catalyst] Clean install doesn't work at all... any ideas?

What versions of the following do you have:

Class::MOP
MooseX::MethodAttributes
MooseX::Role::WithOverloading

if they're not the latest, can you upgrade each in turn and see if one  
of them fixes it for you?
