[Catalyst] Redirecting Catalyst's Log to a File

I use Catalyst::Plugin::Log4perl (no ::Simple) with fcgi and it works.
Here's my config:

log4perl.appender.LOGFILE.layout.ConversionPattern=[%r] %d %c - %m%n
