[Catalyst] GD

What versions of
- Catalyst
- o/s
- libgd.so
- GD.pm
are you using?

The problem sounds familiar but I can't remember off-hand what caused it.
God I've had a terrible time with GD and ImageMagick over the years on
different platforms.
