[Catalyst] Suddenly Failing with Moose and MOP Errors

I think, reading manuals for DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader and
Catalyst::Manual::Tutorial::03_MoreCatalystBasics
(#Create_Static_DBIx::Class_Schema_Files) also could be helpful.
