[CiderWebmail] YAPC::EU 2009

Hi,

just wanted to ask if some of you are here at YAPC::EU 2009 in Lisboa. Would 
be cool to meet and chat a little.

On my way here I did a few commits. Mostly small but useful stuff like 
keyboard shortcuts. Also I activated the incremental message loading via AJAX 
in batches of 250 mails which should make handling large folders nicer. Thats 
half of the way to on scroll message loading. I've updated the TODO with some 
ideas. Feel free to add your own or implement stuff :) I can add you as 
collaborators to the github.com repo, so you may push.

Mathias seems to be working on displaying ICAL data and updates to the model 
to make use of new Mail::IMAPClient stuff.
