[DBD-SQLite] what is r13212 about? - fts3_tokenizer.h

I must have misread the commit log and misunderstood you forgot to update it,
though there was no code change and no need to update it. What was necessary
in fact was to set svn:eol-style to native, and I set that at rev 13271. Sorry.
