[DBIx-Class-Devel] Extensively customised test-matrix active on master, smoke/* and topic/* branches

This is pretty great riba.  One thing that I should have mentioned earlier
is that if we aren't going to test against firebird we might as well not
install it and start it etc.  Normally I wouldn't care but you're trying to
conserve resources or w/e and that's just a waste till the real problem is
fixed.
