[DBIx-Class-Devel] Volunteers to ship 0.08209 needed

In the fray about the versioning I forgot to mention that there is stuff 
in master that needs to be released sooner rather than later as 0.08209

It is an idiotic mistake, slipped both the test suite and the review

If someone could run a windows test before shipping it would be even more
grand.
