[Dbix-class] new name for "as"

Since everybody seems to ignore the docs and try and use 'as' to generate SQL 
AS clauses at least once, I propose we rename it, undocument the old name and 
pray that solves the problem.

Anybody got any suggestions on a new name? construct_as maybe?
