[Dbix-class] new name for "as"

I like 'alias' (no, not Jennifer Garner...yes her too! ;-)
Thinking longer about it, an alias is an additional name for something but here we define the one and only column name.
'accessor' would be confusing, because no perl accessor is generated, so something like 'column_names' would be optimal imho.
