[Dbix-class] DBIx::Class::Journal

Hello all,

I'm working on a new release for DBIx::Class::Journal.  I just released a
new developer release to CPAN (0.900001_03) which should fix all (I hope) of
the test issues which have been an issue for a long time.

If you use this module PLEASE speak up and at least run the tests for the
new version.  There are a few misfeatures I'd like to deal with but I'd
rather not break anyone's code.
