[Dbix-class] DBIx::Class::ResultSet::next(): Unable to estable connection to determine database type:

Hi,

I occasionally get the following error doing sybase connect.
Could anyone advise on the following error? 

DBIx::Class::ResultSet::next(): Unable to estable connection to determine
database type: DBIx::Class::ResultSet::next(): DBI Connection failed: DBI          
connect('host=xxxxx;port=9001;dbname=xxxx','xxxx',...) failed: OpenClient
message: LAYER = (5) ORIGIN = (3) SEVERITY = (5) NUMBER = (4)
Server , database
Message String: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library
error: There was an error encountered while establishing the connection.
