[epo-core] Membership

I am going to be sending the requests for Membership fees out soon and 
so i thought I would check who from this list was on the full membership 
and therefore liable to the fee and who was going for the limited 
membership (of course directors/officers/board members are full so have 
to pay)

Add name to list with type of membership (see the site for more details) 
- please note that full membership is at the board's discretion, but I 
would think that membership of this list is precursor to board's 
acceptance of ability.
