[epo-core] Projects

Soon the EPO will have some initial funds (due to us starting to collect 
membership) and i thought we should compile a list of projects that the 
EPo is targetting and then open up a couple of grants and accept 
applications from people on those projects - what do you all think?

Also are we attempting to get Industry to sponsor projects whose 
technology they use? if so we need to work out the mechanism of how we 
do this. It is quite important that we get a good enough method to show 
good usage of funds collected and to have the accountability of what was 
spent where cleanly displayed. (As I mentioned before I think it is 
important that we show our financial records - minus sensitive 
information or indicating any requested anonymity- on the site as this 
is transparent).
