[epo-core] Sponsoring the LPW

Hey all. What do people think about sponsoring £100 pounds to the London 
Perl Workshop? Mike will be giving a speech and it would be great if we 
were on the sponsors page (and therefore on the slides) and we could try 
and hand out some promotional material.
