Provisional yes.

However, there is a possibility of my being asked over to the Perl  
Oasis conf (http://perloasis.org/opw2009/) to deliver an EPO talk, for  
which I would be asking them to cover my flights - I wonder if a  
donation to them might be better if so? or both?
