[epo-core] LPW talk, extended core, grants, getting off our arses

Yes or no (or yes with modifications?). I'd like to be able to  
announce this, even if we don't have members for the working group,  
tomorrow, for which I need someone other than me and MDK to express an  
opinion.

Ahem. Volunteers, please? Other suggestions?

Given the UK tax laws, it's in our interests to dispose of our income  
each year rather than carry it over. I'd be inclined to propose that  
we accept Dave Rolsky's grant submission (has he done it yet?) for  
improving Moose docs, but in two tranches - one covering whatever  
money we have available by (say) end of next week, to cover till end  
of financial year (March), plus a second to cover the rest of his  
requested amount if we think that's reasonable in FY'09.
