[epo-core] LPW talk, extended core, grants, getting off our arses

++ to this.

In regards to the working groups, I will need regular reports/
summaries - something written of their activities that I can enter
into the Company Diary (yes we do have one), to satisfy legal status
(Company Rules - see the Articles) - this need not be long winded, a
couple of short lines of explanation, if I think it needs to be made
clearer I will ask.

We will also need to vote on the formation of working groups, and I
think members of working groups will have to be Ordinary Members (I
don't think we can offer it to special as we are effectively letting
these people have status in the organisation, possibly even voting
rights as to what direction we pursue and Special Members are not
offered that) of the organisation, as they would be acting as EPO
officers and our rules do not allow for non members to do that
(otherwise under company law they would have to be listed as Employees!)

I think we need to put a donations page on the website to begin with,
and we need to find companies willing to donate as well (this is going
to be a hard sell in the current climate).
