[epo-core] List of supported projects

I have to agree with Jesse here, I think those three are core
projects and we all have our own pet projects (BP -> Jifty/Prophet,
Shadowcat -> Reaction, Infinity -> KiokuDB/Ernst, etc.) which are in
keeping with the goals of EPO, but should be separate from the core
list. I think EPO could still support these other projects publicly,
but just on a different level then Cat/DBIC/Moose.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.
