Right. "projects we consider part of the enlightened perl movement", as
opposed to "flagship projects directly supported by EPO". 

I sort of wonder if we should try and put Module::Install onto there so we
can put some money into getting that stabler, saner and better documented.

I also think that perigrin's start towards an extended core, Task::Kensho,
should become a key thing somehow. Having EPO have An Opinion about things
is probably important (which is why Jifty is probably better in group 2)
