All hail discussion on this - Scott was enthusiastic and we are being  
sluggish so thanks to Penfold for restarting the mission.

What we need is a clear idea now from Scott on what the grants money - 
will- be spent on so that we can find a person/some people to take it  
from us :). There was a unanimous vote from all involved for  
supporting Scott's initiative so moving it forward is good :)
