As you all know...
Wait scrap that.
As those of you who were subscibed to the mailing list at the time and 
read my blog/EPO front page know, last year we were asked, and at the 
vote of membership accepted, to run the send-a-newbie program for YAPC::EU.
I am sending out a request for donations very soon and will be 
approcahing organisations/companies for money as well and I was 
wondering if we could vote to allow the EPO to make a donation to show 
our support of this initiative. My feeling is that we could start the 
ball rolling with a donation of 200 pounds.
If all members could vote on this matter ASAP so that I might take it 
further that would be most appreciated.
